Cooking classes

We establish a school, where macrobiotic, raw, probiotic and vegan diet are taught in addition to the art of producing oils and scrubs for the rejuvenation and care of face and body. We will learn you how to create new, delicious and healthy dishes. The various dishes prepared during classes will be nicely set on the table to be enjoyed and discussed at the end of each session.

Being a unique nurishment focused way of cooking, the course should be attended by beginners, experienced cooks and chefs. Each step, creating, choosing the ingredients, cutting technique, seasoning, applying heat properly, cookind and finishing dish can be easily learned. We have refined the procedures creating methods that can be easily practiced and perfected.

Good manners show gratitude for the long hours of love and care represented by the food. When one has gratitude one can be truly happy. In such a family there will be no room for sickness or sorrow. One last suggestion; hunger is the best seasoning for any dish. Hunger is a sign of good appetite. One day, the Zen monk Takuan invited a lord to his temple for dinner. The lord waited expecting that Takuan was preparing a delicious, elaborate meal. Hours later, Takuan served plain brown rice and radish pickles. After the long hours of waiting, it was the most delicious meal the lord had ever had.
